We will call your recipient before shipping to inform them that a perishable gift is on its way to them with an expected delivery date of X, and to please be on the lookout for the package so they can freeze/refrigerate it immediately. WE WILL NOT REPLACE CAKES THAT HAVE GONE BAD BECAUSE THEY WERE LEFT TOO LONG AT THE DOOR.
