What did Queen Esther eat for breakfast? We think it may have been Haman's hat which is why we have put 10 large pieces of hamentashen into our brand new Purim breakfast basket. (If you aren't up on the Purim story, we eat the triangle shaped cookie called hamentashen to remind us of the evil-seeker, Haman.) This terrific new basket, which will remind it's recipient that it's time to enjoy and have fun, includes: -10 hamentashen cookies including best selling flvaors apricot, raspberry, chocolate, poppyseed and prune -2 challets, each challet feeds 2-3 people -The Good Bean, cinnamon flavored roasted chickpeas that are high in nutrition and fiber (delicious!) -From Israel, Beit Yitzhak 100% fruit spread, either blueberry or fig, depending on availability -Coffee and tea for 4 -All items carefully placed on a wicker platter that is attractive and reusable, wrapped in cello and tied with our "Happy Purim" ribbon.
NOTES:
-Every item certified kosher by a leading kosher certifier such as OU, OK, Star K and KofK. Each item is clearly marked with certification.
-From time to time we may need to make substitutions for out-of-stock items. We will always do our best to substitute with item(s) that meet the spirit of the gift and of equal or greater value.
