What is your Kosher Certification? All of our products are baked or prepared in establishments which have a recognized kosher certification, such as OU, OK and Star K. For Passover, we have an extensive assortment of Kosher for Passover Gifts and desserts. While not all of our products have a certification (hecksher) that is high enough for the most religious individuals, we can create a gift basket that includes only items that are OU, Pas Israel or Cholov Israel. To place such an order, or for other kosher related questions, please call us at 866-925-7747. What shipping service do you use? We use FEDEX for both Ground and Overnight services including 3 day (3D), 2 day (2D) and Overnight (including 10:30/PRI, 4:30PM/FES and Saturday by noon/SAT) services. Most orders are shipped from Westport, CT. We ship Monday-Friday only.
What happens if I give you the wrong shipping address? If you give us an incorrect shipping address and you catch it before we ship, PLEASE email us immediately with any corrections. If we are not informed of incorrect addresses until after your package has shipped, additional fees will apply. FedEx will delay deliveries for any inaccuracies in a shipping address, from a wrong apartment number or wrong ZIP code to an incorrect street number on the street address. In addition to the delays in delivery, you will be charged an additional $5 administrative fee as well as any additional charges assessed by the delivery service (generally ranges from $8 to $10). When will my order be shipped? Unless specifically requested for a specific date, all orders placed by 4 pm, EST will be shipped out same day. We ship daily, Monday-Friday. All orders received after 4 pm, EST on Friday as well as on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please indicate if Saturday delivery is NOT acceptable. To ship on a specific day, utilize the "order hold" button during check out. This will allow you to designate the exact date you would like us to ship. The Ground Shipping table below may help you to determine the optimal day to ship, if Ground Shipping is your preferred shipping method. Be sure to allow a "buffer" day in the case of unexpected bad weather or other uncontrollable circumstance. How Many Days Will It Take for My Order to be Delivered? To determine # of days in transit, see the table below. VERY IMPORTANT: The day that we ship is NOT considered a day in transit! For example, a package shipped on Monday that takes "3 days in transit" will be delivered on Thursday. Additionally, days in transit include business days ONLY. There is no package movement on weekends (unless you select Overnight for Saturday delivery). The table shows # of days in transit for GROUND SHIPPING--the least expensive shipping method. Please note that all orders are shipped from our facility in Westport, CT (06880), therefore making the following states within a 1 day delivery utilizing Ground service: Maine, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, parts of PA and NY, including New York City and Philadelphia and towns . Large and Corporate Orders
For large, corporate orders, what is the best way to provide you with recipient names and addresses? There are 2 primary ways that we accept gift recipient data: -email us a Microsoft Word or Excel document as attachment with the name, address and phone # of each recipient along with gift message text. -Fax your list to 203-557-4908 All shipping information is retained in our order processing software so that after you provide us with names and addresses, we will have it ready for all subsequent gift mailings!
Do you provide volume discounts for large orders? Yes, we do, many of which are on the website. However, if you would like to place a substantial order, please email or call 866-925-7747 to discuss volume pricing.
If I am not satisfied with the product(s) that I order, may I return it? Absolutely. We stand by our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the items or we will issue a refund, no questions asked. To do so, please contact us.
Can I track my order? Yes, between 5pm and 6pm on the day the package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email providing you with the Fedex tracking number and a link to the Fedex website.
Do you ship internationally? No, regretfully, we do not ship to any countries outside of the US.
Substitutions From time to time we may run short of a particular item. In that case, we will either call you to consult with you on the replacement, or we will replace the item with one that is similar in value/style. If you would like to substitute a particular item for another, that's usually not a problem. Just contact us via phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you create custom gifts? Absolutely. We aim to please and are flexible to work with. If you do not see exactly what you'd like on the website, please give us a call and we'll create it!
